Ocean City Day Camps

Camp Horizon

Camp Horizon is an exciting day camp program for children 5 to 12 years of age. Children are divided into groups by age and their group may vary week to week depending on the ages of other campers. Children will participate in weekly field trips, beach days, athletics, arts and crafts, special events and many other creative activities. This program is certified by the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. Special registration requirements exist. Participants will receive a complimentary camp t-shirt.

Registration packets are available for download online or can be picked up in person at Northside Park.

Section B: June 23-27, 2025
Section C: June 30 – July 3, 2025 (No camp 4th of July – prices adjusted)
Section D: July 7-11, 2025
Section E: July 14-18, 2025
Section F: July 21-25, 2025
Section G: July 28 – August 1, 2025
Section H: August 4-8, 2025* (Field Trip Week – Must attend 3 additional weeks of Camp Horizon to qualify)

DAYS: Monday – Friday

TIMES: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

LOCALE: Ocean City Elementary School at 12828 Center Dr. (June 17 – August 2), Ocean City Convention Center (August 5-9)

PRICE:

Sections B, D, E, F, G: $156.00 per section *Ocean City resident/ property owner discount price: $130.00 per section
Section A & C; $126.00 *Ocean City resident/ property owner discount price: $105.00 per section due to holiday
Section H: $198.00 *Ocean City resident/ property owner discount price $165.00 (Prices are increased for additional field trips. Campers must have attended at least THREE weeks during Sections A – G to be eligible to register in Section H.)

A $25.00 non-refundable deposit (resident) or a $30.00 non-refundable deposit (nonresident) per section enrolls participants with the balance due 10 days before the first day of camp.

*ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND ALL PAYMENTS WILL BE NON-REFUNDABLE WITHIN 10 DAYS PRIOR TO THE START OF EACH CAMP.*

REGISTRATION: Registration packets can be downloaded here. Campers that are 5 years old must provide a copy of their birth certificate. Ocean City residents must provide proof of residency with acceptable documents being an Ocean City tax bill or a copy of a rental lease. All forms must be fully completed in order to be processed. We cannot guarantee that faxed, emailed, or mailed registrations will be processed the same day they are received; priority is given to in person registrations.

Scamper Camp

Scamper Camp is a fun and exciting program to introduce children 3.5 to 5 years of age to camp (child must have turned 3 by December 17, 2024). Children will participate in various activities and fun field trips. The camp is licensed by the State of Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene and will be offered in seven 3-day sections. Special registration requirements exist. Participants will receive a complimentary camp t-shirt.
